Position Description:

Responsibilities and Performance Objectives:

  • Prepare or edit organizational publications (such as employee newsletters or annual reports), write press releases or other media communications to promote company awareness. Ensure that approaches to social media are relevant and appropriate for each medium

  • Update and maintain content posted on the Web and social channels (FB, Linkedin and other recruitment sources)

  • Engage with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.

  • Weekly report on social media engagements within the community.

  • Collate and analyze current communications and messages and ensure consistency.

  • Support research and continuously update insights of AI talent market

  • Assist HR Team covering from employer branding to recruitment as well as internal training and development

  • Support other activities (upon requested)

Position Requirements:

  • Have passion for Marketing/Branding 

  • Have interests with high-technology trending

  • People oriented individual who enjoy working with people or having desire to unlock others potential

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

  • Quick learner and willing to work under demanding and challenging environment

  • Commit to spend at least 40 (full-time) working hours/week

  • 1-2 experiences in HR/PR/Marketing/Event/Community building is an advantage
